Hi Mandy. Kia ora (hello) from New Zealand. I have subscribed to your channel and every now and then I go though the earlier recipes. I have made quite a few of your recipes. Some of the ingredients are hard to get in New Zealand but I improvise. I have to say that pie …………. what can I say. I'll have to give that a go. I notice you use your egg cooker a lot. Are the hard boiled eggs easy to peel? I buy organic, free range eggs. I always find them so hard to peel when cooked in a saucepan. You have a lovely family. Kia kaha (stay strong) in these testing times.

Just made the chicken and pasta dish – that was excellent. I'd tried making mac 'n cheese before with salsa and taco seasoning mix but the chicken and the addition of the beans and corn really ramped it up. Definitely something we'd make again.

I may be weird, but I don't like eating potato peels in any shape form or fashion. Nope I always peel my potatoes. They somehow irritate my teeth. Yeah I know. π
