    Hi there,
Just found your channel, enjoyed your videos and it all looks yummy! Only drawback to me is the music in between…the world is noisy enough, I wanna see cooking, hear descriptions and your opinions of food etc but not MUSIC. Gonna watch a few more before deciding to SUSCRIBE or not.
The chicken shrunk cause it most likely had a high injection percentage…so as it cools that injection liquid cooks out and the chicken shrinks to its size before injection. Try to buy chicken with only 2 or 3% injection fluid or no injection at all. I'm gonna try your cajun pasta dish…😋

Everything looked delicious as usual 👌🏼
When I saw that you toasted your tortillas in the oven in one of your other videos, it reminded me of when my mom would make us little Mexican pizza’s! So there’s a meal idea if you’d like. Take your tortillas, toast a little in the oven, brown up some ground beef, season with salt, pepper, & a little bit of ground cumin(comino). Then drain off fat, then mix in your favorite salsa into the ground beef. Add the mixture on top of toasted tortillas. Add some shredded Monterrey jack cheese. Put back into the oven till melted.
I just made myself hungry 😋

These all look so yummy!!! We have been loving salmon patties lately and they turn out really good! I take the can of salmon and break it up. Add 1 egg and about 1/2 cup or so of cracker crumbs. You can add onion, green peppers or anything you like. Make into patties and fry. They don’t take too long on each side to brown. My family loves them. I usually make a side of broccoli and Mac and cheese and dinner is served!

I just found your channel and I am loving your videos. Going on my prep for next week is an awesome roast that my kids love.
    Mexican Salsa Roast:
I use whatever roast is on sale and I season with light salt, pepper, and garlic powder and dunk it in the crockpot and pour a jar of salsa over the top. I cook until it shreds apart easily. We use it for burritos, tacos, rice bowls, and nachos it is so so good. It is also super easy, and it is one of those things that is almost better after it sits for a day.

Yay! Looks great! I have a couple ideas; Asparagus, cheese, chix risotto & a yummy meatloaf meatballs with instant pot rustic mashed potatoes (skin on) & frozen corn. When I make these I do my normal meatloaf mix & normal glaze but, just roll them into balls and bake!!! Its sooo good. Another fav is a cold salad plate. I make chic or tuna salad, egg salad & serve with fruit salad, traditional salad, potato salad, pasta salad, macaroni salad, cottage cheese, any combo of those. Depending upon what's in the fridge!😂 Awesome quick healthy dinner for a busy, lazy or hot nite! U know the kids get done sports practice, it's getting late and we gotta feed em quick!!! Hahaha! Tyfs!!!😘💜🙌
