My daughter atewhole onions raw like an apple all the time when she was a toddler until she was about 5 years old. She hates them now unless I cook them.

You peeled the sweet potato like it was NOTHING I don't like peeling them either. If I buy fresh veggies I usually chop everything I buy and freeze it so it's less work later on.
