What a nice variety of recipes! 😋 I love chicken parm and yours looked so good. I also like that you made your own pizza crust. My all-time favorite pizza is canadian bacon and mushrooms. Those two flavors blend so nicely together.
Someone had mentioned you making dishes using beef. I recently made two dishes using one chuck roast. I cut it into small strips and cooked it in my pressure cooker. After it cooked and was tender, I removed part of the beef and placed it into a skillet with broccoli to make a beef and broccoli lo mein. I finished the beef left in the pressure cooker and made beef stroganoff then cooked egg noodles to go with it. Chuck roast is usually a tough cut of meat but it turns out so tender when slow cooked or cooked in a pressure cooker. I love buying a big l roast on sale and getting two different meals out of it.
I also love using my pressure cooker. It makes the toughest meats tender and I love that I can take frozen meat and place it directly into it. It's truly one of the best investments I've ever made.
I also love seeing all the fresh vegetables you use. With only 2 grocery stores in my small town, there's not always a good selection. I use a lot of frozen veggies for cooking but don't always have good access to the fresh fruit and veggies. I think that's why I always like seeing your hauls from the different stores, you really have a great selection.
