I’m glad you are feeling better and I’m glad you’re back.
I always do my beans in the instantpot but I do them for 60 minutes with 30 min. natural release. They come out so good and the bean juice is perfect. I did the same thing as you the first time and my beans were not done. Just to let you know I have been doing it this way for about 4 years now and after trial and error have found the 60/30 method to be about as perfect as can be. Good luck and thank you for sharing.
