I made this the other night but in a skillet. Put it together like you did and then finished it in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. I also liked it but not how gummy the flour tortilla was especially on the very bottom. I’ve tried this type of dish using corn tortillas and that is the same. I think I’ll leave Mexican dishes to the professionals except for tacoa😂😂.

I’m watching from Australia! Love your ideas. I don’t have access to some of your ingredients but can definitely adapt it to what we do have. Love your accent 🌈

Funny to see Courtney dancing around while she's eating. My 11 year old daughter is constantly doing that no matter what she's doing. I say she's always in Tik Tok mode 💃🎶😂

    A super easy dinner idea:
Marinate chicken breasts/tenders in italian dressing (at least 3 hours)
Crush up a bag of garlic cheese croutons with parmesan cheese in a large Ziploc bag (I use real parmesan cheese but shaky cheese is fine too)
Throw your chicken in the bag to coat
Bake at 375° for 20-30 mins
    So simple but so good!!

Aw, thanks for the shout out! 😊 I started watching this morning, had to pause and just finished lol. Busy day! Everything looked yummy! We make tea the same way! It's been a while since I've made it though. I think I'm going to start sharing what's for dinner videos! I love watching these! 💕

Everything looks really good I like to make the beef Rice-A-Roni and add ground beef in it and those dehydrated onions while its cooking with the water in it and a chicken bouillon and let it simmer it is so good i like to add chicken tenders to the chicken one i cook the chicken in butter and add the seaoning i like i only cook it long enough just to get color on it and then when I add to water to the Rice-A-Roni I add the chicken tenders to it and put the lid on it and let it cook and then it'll cook the chicken all the way through that's really good

I've never understood all of these recipes for enchiladas using flour tortillas 😂 I've always assumed it would get gummy. I live in San Antonio TX and we use corn tortillas 😁 for our enchiladas…
Now I'm craving Mexican food 😋
Gonna have to get me some tonight.

Hey, I didnt know that either till you said it about Rice a roni. Lol but you never said what beans you put in before the chicken in the crockpot. Also if you use cream cheese instead of sour cream it wont be runny and it will taste so much better. I'd like to see you make tuna casserole, I cant find one online that I like.
