I make my own hamburger stroganoff and I use Campbell's Cream of Onion soup, not liking cream of 'shroom very much. I do use real 'shrooms in the sauce, sauteeing the mushrooms separately before adding them to the sauce. I cook only for myself, so only have my own tastes and allergies to consider.

I made meatball stroganoff the other day with the same exact ingredients except I didn’t have sour cream so had to use milk and thicken it a bit with a little flour but it worked and it was so good😊 I also added a little bit of butter
If I know I’m going to be putting dough on my countertop, I just use a homemade vinegar spray on it first and let it dry very well. I know it cleans my surface, but it’s not a harsh cleaner. And I’ve never had anything taste like vinegar whatsoever. 🙂 the spray is very diluted with water.
You forgot the shredded cheese on top of the rice casserole! Lol
I use a cheese grater for my butter when i make biscuits!
Do an egg wash for a brown top on biscuits.
