Awesome dinners for the week, however your cutting board through me off for a minute. Do you cure your cutting board. What I'm saying is did it come with the black grains in it. If not throw it away. And buy a new one. And clean it with coarse, soapy water let it dry completely in your dish rack and wipe it down with mineral oil to keep it from having mildew. I'm just a concern subscriber. No shade I promise. A lot of people on YouTube do not know how to take care of their wood cutting boards, so no shade I promise

Slow cooker on insta pots don’t work that well. At least mine doesn’t. You could have just cooked it regular way when you found it didn’t cook on slow mode. Girl I wanna go on your road trip!! 😊♥️
I am pretty sure it was the roast. I’ve had very similar things happen with roast. I believe quality is way down. You did it right 😊 I spent $33 on a roast from a butcher shop. As it cooked it shrunk and got tiny and it was hard and tough! We had to throw it out. Road trip plans! Sounds like fun. 😊

The pot roast looked fine, just because it didn't fall apart doesn't mean it wasn't done. Cooking it more the next day really ruined it.
