Mandy from Mandy in the Making made it and I think her recipe was a little different from the one you made. I love how Bryce responded. He’s so respectful and kind. With bacon I found out it’s easier to cut it with scissors then with a knife and same way with any leafy herbs it’s easier than with a knife. And with that meatloaf if you use a different salsa, it might taste a lot better to the that can one.

Appreciate your honesty. The kids might be a tad bit more gentle 😉 in their criticism after all your diligent effort. (My kids were more harsh in their reviews until I involved them consistently in the cooking process. We’re to the point now when, every now and again, each of the young ones in my family is responsible for a meal, from planning, to shopping, to preparation. Your youngest one may require more assistance at this juncture.) Still I’ll give the meatloaf a try as I’m a bit tired of the usual sweet topping, and the beans and your first recipe look like real winners. Truly your channel is my favorite cooking channel on YouTube. Your good nature shines through.
