WHOA! I missed the part where you went from vegetarian to meat eating! Was there a particular video that explained that journey? I'm not a vegetarian, however, I do serve vegetarian meals to our family a couple of times a week. I like to mix it up. I do like this recipe and will incorporate it into our menu plan next week!

I love to see you looking so happy! You're radiant, lately. 🙂

Do you ever make fermented foods? I'm wondering if I would be able to do that in our RV. It's a Class A, but I imagine that lots of jars would be really heavy…? Dunno. Looking forward to whatever you choose to share with us. 🙂

Loved the video Amber! Looks delicious and what beautiful camera work! May I suggest letting viewers know how long you cooked each item. For example how long did the chicken take to cook through as well as stating whether they were boneless thighs or bone in. Many viewers (including myself) that are experienced cooks can tell just by looking and we know how long chicken thighs take to cook. But new cooks might find that challenging. Also giving a total cook time from start to finish. Just some suggestions! As usual, love your videos. Not to mention your calming voice and serene presence on camera 😊

This one pot meal looks delicious! Do you have a segment on how you clean your pots & dishes? I always feel like I'm using too much water for clean-up. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

That looked yummy, my mouth is watering! PLEASE do a video of what you eat in a day. Also- any reason you're using avocado oil to cook with, versus canola, olive, etc.? I'm curious!

Love van cooking demos – I don’t like to make a mess in the van (travelers not full time and not at all this y sadly). I’m just getting into king wo that’s iron and I like my little single burner grill pan, but it doesn’t have a handle. I really like your pan! I see you answered others as to brand and where to find it.
    Stay safe, stay well.
