Luke ain't lying about this heat. So far summer is brutal with the humidity. Sunday dinner here was Sloppy Joes (my hubby's favorite). And I love the Kinders garlic powders. I've used several kinds & they're all pretty amazing.

Take all the zucchini you can get. Last year we grated it all up threw in freezer bags made many zucchini bread and added it to mostly pasta sauces or chili but ran out. Easy, this year we grew more plants. Pretty sure you can do the same with squash. We will see, we are growing some this year. Great nutrition and no one knows it’s in there. Just an idea you might like!

Everything looks good…thank you for sharing. Does anyone have a good slow cooker breakfast casserole recipe? I'm single and like to make that for weekly meal prep…but as she said, I'm in NC and don't want to use my oven in the summer.
