I'll try the zucchini fritters this week…I found a ton of shredded zucchini in my (elderly) parents' freezer last week. Of course, my dad planted zucchini again this year. There's only so much zucchini bread we can make. Lol. My dad will love the fritters.

Great zucchini cakes. I've also done same recipe with broccoli, may have to chop in foid processor or grate on box grater & also try same with canned green beans (chopped or in foid processor) except I add a little Italian bread crumbs with flour, Italian seasoning & parm cheese
Hey friend. Happy Father's Day Luke and your father-in-law. Another great video of delicious meals. We've been doing a lot of easy meals that can be cooked in the crockpot or toaster oven/ air fryer. Adding a few of these to our meal plan.
