Would love to see this style of video with a week of lunches. We’re a homeschooling family too, and I find lunches sometimes the most difficult meal to come up with.

That was fun! I agree, do it more often! My husband and young kids would pick the Monday meal every time 😏. I was drooling over Tuesday and Saturday! 😁 Was probably baquette for the garlic bread, I get that from Walmart, too, yum. Yes, mixing russet and sweet potato is great!

I've done that with potatoes & sweet potatoes and another one that is good is mixing mashed potatos and carrots!! I learned that from my British friend. 😊 your meals always look so good, love this video!
