Oh boy!! More delicious recipes!! I'll be trying the sun dried tomato chicken one this week! I've had a jar of those tomatoes in the pantry for a few months now and didn't know what to do with them! I wanna make the first one. Love chicken, rice and broccoli. Love veggy low main. One our Chinese places uses Fettuccine noodles which is really good. All these look so good. Love one pot meals and casseroles. Love your casserole dishes.

Hi Julie, Just printed out your vegetarian Lo Mein recipe, but had a really good laugh when I read the recipe and in Step 2 you say "while the vegetarians are cooking" …. love the recipe and will be doing it, but will cook vegetables instead, best wishes Beth

That vegetable lo mein looks delicious. I am going to try to make it this week. Another great substitute for lo mein would be ramen.
Hi Julia! I made your teriyaki marinade for chicken the other day. Oh my, that was good. I cut my chicken breasts the way you do and put them in the marinade. Then I grilled them outside. Everyone really liked it. Thank you for such wonderful meal ideas.
