Hun.. I just watched an older video of yours about someone talking nonsense about you taking from less fortunate and quality of cellphones… it hurt my heart for you. I think you are gift to folks to learn how to utilize and prepare the odds and ends food items from pantry’s. You are so talented and just sweet and innocent to the core. I love watching you and your family. 40 years ago I was where you are now.. I’m in my 60’s now and you just bring me so much joy and hope for the future. I used to hunt with my first husband and we would process the entire animal.. I relive my youth thru you. Keep up the great work

Good morning from Oregon, I always want to help after I learn from my husband what we bought to mix into our ground pork or wild game. So I use my kitchen aid meat grinder and the meat needs to be ice cold and I run it threw and mix the seasoning in we and get ice cold I run threw again you can buy all that sausage making but not me Patty's or rolled is just fine so I get alot of free pork roast yes please that's what I use. Ok on line at Walmart my husband buys ( A.C. Legg Blend 10 Pork Sausage Seasoning it's 2 pks . It does alot so this is how I stretch meat and use it. When doing game add pork or beef a half and half or buy fat they sale it mix it up. Game is very lean so add fat it takes out game flavor and buy the way butcher do this. Sh don't tell . Many hugs from Oregon it's snowing

That Swiss looks good! I kind of do the same thing, buy a pound or 2 at the deli and wrap it. It actually tastes better if it ages a bit.
