    I realized my problems it's always the portion, growing up with mom would giving me food until my stomach couldn't hold it, it makes me a big eater, your breakfast are good but i need at least 5 of them to feel nice and not hungry 1 hour later..

    For people who need to hear this, I lost 90 pound and have been keeping it off for quite a while. I eat a brownie every single day. Sometimes 2. It's ok to treat yourself everyday!
