    Hi! I use to make quinoa bread from quinoa seeds, chia seeds, water
    and yeast…is it ok this kind of bread? i saw you use in recipes quinoa and chia and i am wondering if this bread is safe or not. Thanks!

    Enjoying your channel. So happy I found it. I clicked one of your soup videos awhile back and was absolutely delighted. Going to search to see if you have videos on overcoming food/sugar addiction, which is my biggest hurdle. I know what to do, it’s just doing it that’s the problem.
