    Hi Chef Jeff!!
My grandma used to take the left over turkey and make turkey salad with it, no eggs though. Nice and seasoned heavy, not salty but Cajun spicy. She is from Louisiana. She was heavy on the cayenne though lol.
I love turkey. Can you marinate them and grill and put barbecue sauce on them!!!???!! Oh just the thought of it!! Yum!!

Hello Chef Jeffrey – I would like to see a stuffed country pork ribs. For the pork riblets- I would like to see them cooked 2 ways maybe baked BBQ or fried (if possible) . And perhaps a rice or pasta dish for each also a vegetable dish to accompany each dish. As for the turkey legs if it is possible to do a slow braise to achieve tenderness, debone – stuff with another meat vegetable rice or cheese then flour and fried.

Looks great Chef Jeff. There's so many things you could. Do with them I would probably BBQ them. So many sides you put with them. Like you could do, Baked potato, Potato salad, corn on the cob, green beans, salad, rolls, biscuits, peach cobbler, mixed fresh fruit, strawberry tea. I know that there's many more ideas for these wonderful meats you shared. Thanks Chef Jeff.
    God-bless You Chef Jeff….

A few days ago we bought a 2.5 pound package of country style pork ribs. We marinated them in a bottle of plain inexpensive Italian dressing for about 22 hours, placed them in an old school oval roasting pan, & baked at 325 for 1.5 hours. After marinating them in the Italian dressing for that long, they were very tender at the 1.5 hour mark & that style of roasting pan gave them a nice golden brown color. No seasonings were needed, just perfectly seasoned with the dressing. I plan on doing those again real soon. #stopwishingstartdoing
