    Cold minimizes flavour by half, if not more depending on the specific flavour, so it makes complete sense why you can take more stevia in your cold icy drinks than your warm ones 😊

    I love your videos. You make simple foods with very accessible ingredients. I shop mostly at Aldi too so I’m always so happy when you mention a product that I haven’t tried yet being good. Even for someone who’s been vegan a long time the recipes and inspiration you give to us all is endless. I’ve been sharing these videos with my non veg friends too because they’re so chill and not like, chop chop go go make this fifteen ingredient thing that might be good.     you keep calling these videos "anti-diet" but then you speak about foods in a negative manner (for example sugar)
    that doesn't make any sense. it's not consistent, and it an be triggering for folks recovering from eating disorders, especially orthorexia
    just something to consider…
