im a lazy keto guy lol, i just order a baconator at wendys no bun and no ketchup and im good. Or a grilled chicken club at chick fil a no bun. Sometimes ill eat vegtables lol.
Hi Stephy your pizza looked fantastic and your friend is very nice. It's great when you have good neighbours. I've lost 2 more pounds. Since giving up keto and a bit of carnivore because of my heart I now call myself a pesce-polarian ( which is good because I can't even spell it. ) Still love eggs though my favourite .
