Your most recent weight loss is really showing. Your biggest weight loss from the beginning is too, of course, but recently what you are doing is really paying off by bringing you much closer to your goal.

Great video, Anita. Hooray for 145 pounds lost!! What a great achievement I’m so proud of you, and that you are sharing all this and inspiring others on their journey as well. I was wondering about your chuck roast you said we love chuck roast, but ours is nice and flat and yours looked sick. I was wondering about that, only because that looks so good. I would like to try that too but I wanna make sure I get the right meet lol.

Yes, it can be restrictive and boring but that just depends on the person. I'm not a big meat eater. Sure I can eat a lb of bacon a day, but I can't accept that that's good for me. I have to eat some seafood and low carb veggies and fruit.

Hi Anita, love your channel, but unfortunately as I live in Scotland we do not get the Carnivore Crisps products, so it’s really hard to do the recipes that call for it, but we do what we can but trying to get something that can compensate can be very difficult. Keep up the great work. Love from Scotland

Dear Anita, this looks really delicious. I am just a bit concerned about the fish. The scientist recently found out that a significant amount of microplastics and PFAS are stored in salmon, shrimp and cod; others as well.

For chicken soup ive never needed boxed broth or powder /boullion. Just chicken thighs with bone, water, salt, (optional other seasonings, . celery, carrot, potatoe) . I made a pot a few days ago. Cool weather must be around the corner!

Thank you! So happy for you on with the movement of the scale! Your diligence has pay off! That smoker/grill looks wonderful! The Minney/Mickey Mouse talk slays me and of course – I love that new 360 camera in the end of some of your videos that have you in your own little world! Cheers to you, Pippi and Teddi & your camera gal!
