    The skin on the salmon is the best part for us. It's the healthy fat/oil we need. You could crisp it up in a frying pan after backing it so that you eat it….just a suggestion. You make everything look so easy! Thank you!

    Great ideas! If you wanted the gravy for the cauli mash to have a more traditional gravy texture you could whisk in half a teaspoon of xantham gum on the saute setting after the chicken is done. Let it boil and whisk it and it'll thicken right up and still be fully keto!
