I love this recipe so much. It is so easy to put together and there's no need for browning onions, etc. Just throw it all in and start the pressure. This has been my basis for changing other recipes that do include browning and fussing with lots of steps. I've had such success with this recipe that when I read one now that has a million picky steps, I just leave them out and know that I will still have a great, flavorful result. We have this once a week now!
