Hey speaking of the plantar fascitits, have you tried taping your foot? Look it up on you tube. Using athletic tape for plantar fascitis it help get rid of mine. I am pain free. You will not believe what that tape will do.
Definitely a seasonal thing. We get dark at 5:30. I have no excuse girl. I'm in Tampa and it's in the 60's in the a.m. and midday it is in the 70's, I just had to turn on the a/c lol. Having the 310 salted caramel with my coffee now with the 310mct oil no cream here because I'm out and it was still delicious. I actually had forgot I had them because I put them in the pantry and out if site out of mind but this vlog helped remind me.
