    Hi Barrett. I have so loved your channel💕💕💕 and it’s nice that we’re around the same age. I was watching a couple other videos of yours recently. You were talking about you struggling to lose the weight lately and your husband‘s struggle with the snacking. I was struggling to lose and then I read an article on the weight watchers site from a blogger who said she added the healthy fats with her meals and started to lose. I’ve done that and I picked up my weight loss and I felt fuller longer and don’t feel the need to snack.

    Great info! Every couple of months I switch from green to blue as weight loss plateaus. This has been my first week back on blue, so wish me luck at weigh-in this morning. Blue is a welcome change when you meal plan and eat at home !
