    We call it oven fried baked bacon😂😂
    This stems from a childhood dinner of oven fried baked chicken where chicken was dipped in melted butter then cornflake crumbs. My Proper Human Diet recipe uses pork Panko instead of cornflake crumbs. Sometimes with Parmesan Whips crushed into the panko!!

    Bacon in the oven is neither – it is roasted! Those marshmallows looked interesting. Looks like you should’ve started your day with more protein. Maybe you wouldn’t have been hungry all day??? I find if I eat a lot of protein in the morning I am not hungry at all until late in the afternoon, which is great for me because I normally start work around 2 or 3 so I am hungry by the time it is break time. I have a small legal snack and I am good until I get home and then I eat protein and veg for dinner, I allow myself a handful of strawberries or blueberries for dessert and that is it.

    And those chocolate covered marshmallows look delicious!! Unfortunately, I can’t have any fake sweeteners. They really mess with my belly & make me gain weight 😩
