    Hello Amanda, I enjoyed your ideas! You are a lovely person. I began WW Blue plan five weeks ago and have lost 6lbs! Big deal for me as I am in my late 50’s. I agree, its all about calories. WW is training me in accountability. However, eventually I will need old fashioned calorie counting skills. Bought a food scale! All of your recipes are doable and look scrumptious. I love your home, pup, and handsome Joey. Thank you for the tips.

    So glad you're back and feeling better. Ive been having a rough time with not really tracking and eating junk and vodka…. wrestling with really, bad old demons. But it's time I want to get back on track. One of the things that REALLY helped me in the beginning when I started this last fall (I lost 40 pounds) was i found your channel and i watched it religiously daily…. that's another thing i need to seriously get back on track with. You kept me motivated. I didn't stop watching because of anything you did 🙂 honestly, its because i started back to work and I clean hotel rooms and this is our busy time and so my job is like an 8 to 10 hour gym session a day. Ive been so exhausted and not meal prepping and exercise? I count it a win if I can make it off the couch in the morning for the next shift. I make between 20 to 30 beds a day, scrub 12 to 15 bathrooms and dust and vacuum the rooms and that doesnt involve the trash and mess that's left behind I'm struggling too with where to put my calorie count for the day because my job is so physical. Im 50 and theres days it kills me lol

    But this week, I'm looking forward to getting caught up and back on track 🙂

    That breakfast taco looks delicious!!! Definitely making it today/ tomorrow, forgot mushrooms at store so will have to use jimmy dean Turkey sausage patty( maybe I can get by with only using 1/2 of 1. ) when I have it I only eat 1 and not 2 ( as the serving size) but I think I have all other ingredients otherwise will be making it after my next grocery run.. that pot roast and lunch were all making me hungry. Video idea snack platter ideas. Have you tried the Bare Fuji red apple chips ( Costco has a big bag) but you can get them pretty much anywhere. Even through Whole Foods/ prime same day delivery) . So delicious. Also In grocery haul last video you asked if you should do lunch meals (for work type ) i believe you called it and answer definitely. Was so excited about what your upcoming lunches were. Brooks is adorable! So is Brixie( but only saw Brooks) glad you are on the mend and feeling better. Thanks for sharing
