    Dairy is so conflicting to me. I read so much online and dairy has so many "bad" things and the people that promote that look as healthy as you do! Some say it lowers your cancer chances and others say it raises it. I hate the confliction.

    I really like your content but if you are not a physician you shouldn’t give your opinion on health problems. Don’t stop taking your prescription medication for hypothyroidism or hormone deficiency, always ask your doctor if you can use supplements or extra vitamins. Please there are people watching you and these topics are personal, we are not machines not every body reacts the same, follow the indication of your physician.
