    as someone who works at subway and started using it to lose weight (125->115), ur better off gettin the salads cuz the bread is super caloric and high in sugars. focus on the turkey or chicken, cuz other meats like meatball and tuna are just packed with sugars

So two people could go 24 hours without food, and a person in ketosis will burn their stored fat while a person not in ketosis won't burn any fat at all and weigh the same once they start eating again. I think that is why you're not seeing a drop in weight even though you feel like you're trying.
