Hey Hannah, I hope you see this! I checked your book and I couldn't find the answer there so I thought I'd come here. When cooking the lentil curry in the Instant Pot, what are the settings after adding all the veggies? Does it stay at saute the entire time??

Hannah this mushroom gravy is the best geavy I've ever had , you've knocked it out of the park. This will be in our Thanksgiving this year. But can you make this ahead and freeze it ? Just trying to save time.

For a yummy addition to the curry, try some tomato chutney stirred in or in a pinch, apricot jam. Add it to the whole pot. It really adds something special. Love your videos 🙂

tip for salads. mix your dressing at the bottom of the salad bowl, then add your greens on top of the dressing and mix. (it saves a dish and it mixes into the salad better.

Literally just went to the store today and was missing some great inspo for meals to make and these recipes just look absolutely delish yet super healthy! What pots and pans do you use? Also just as a little trip, not sure if anyone else feels that way, but for my brain it's kinda hard to watch the video with you adding ingredients in fast but simultaneously naming them slower. Like my brian gets confused and I end up pausing the video to make sure what ingredients you just said really get processed in my brain. Kind of like reading a book but having to start over at the top of the page because I read but wasn't really paying attetion if that makes sense. So for me I'd love if you could somehow make the clip of ingredients you add sync with the audio when you are naming them. Not sure if that would make any sense on the technical way of things as I have no idea, but just wanted to mention it in case someone else feels the same way. Anyway, I still looove your videos and your content.
