    Mexican chicken tostadas are the best! That’s my moms recipe as well, except she doesn’t add pasta. She also uses the frozen bag of mixed veggies with the green beans, corn, peas, and carrots and of course extra lettuce! I still make it this way and I’ve even taken it to potlucks! It’s always a hit! We use Tapatio hot sauce on ours! 🤤🤤🤤

    That was quite tasty! Mine did not have enough lettuce. I used one of those bags of pre-shredded iceberg lettuce and with the amount of the other ingredients, I should have used two -at least. I topped mine with green tobacco. Had one as a little snack this afternoon, and look forward to eating it as a meal tomorrow! Thanks!!

    Hoping and praying that your shoulder is doing better. I use the Salon pas patches and I find they work better than creams! I love barilla protein pasta! I use it on the week prior to my cycle! I’m going to try your Mother in laws pasta my next carb cycle week! I enjoyed this video and I’m over to Nicole to watch her video! By the way I love your Top Gun shirt!❤️💪🏽

    I found myself getting physically uncomfortable looking at those portions. Only Bc I take like 4 bites of something and I’m sickly full. Which isn’t a good thing. I guess seeing someone eat a real meal made me realize that.

    I think I am under eating, by no fault of my own. Perhaps that’s why my weight is stubborn. But I have no clue how to bump up my appetite. I can’t force myself to eat, I feel sick. But I can feel that my body isn’t getting the nutrients it needs. Maybe I can start with supplements if my body isn’t liking too much food….?

    Does anyone else struggle with this? Sounds like a dumb problem to have I know. And I’m by no means thin Bc of it so…. 😩
