    hi I love your channel… I too fell off the wagon this past weekend so far I have lost 10 pounds..need to lose 60 more..the cajun chicken looks delish I am so making this… with you I feel like I am not the only one the falls off the wagon… I am not on ww but am on a weight loss journey…keep up with the vlogs because it motivates me at least..

    Amy…thanks for the delicious looking recipes…I love the Skinnydish recipes…have you tried Hungry Girls (Lisa Lillian) recipes. I just got her latest book, “Simply Comfort”. All 200 recipes are for slow cooker and air fryer and all under 400 calories and WW friendly…excellent recipes! Thanks for all you do…look forward to all your videos..
