    My go to sub is white bread use whole grain if you prefer or if you can't eat white bread pepperoni salamis roast beef mayo mustard vinegar and pickles with some type of spicy sauce.

    I'm gonna do it. I've been suffering through so many dietary changes that are just impossible to maintain. But I already basically eat one big meal a day. All I need to do is cut out/control snacking urges to make this manageable.
