I make my French toast the same way – with extra egg whites and then pour leftovers on top! I can always use the extra protein. I have the same vanilla bean syrup but never thought of using it on my French toast. Making some today. Was one tablespoon enough? ❤️👵🏻👍

Well, I was thinking. October was a wash for me as well. But I went back and checked Cronometer and I actually lost 3.1 lbs, which was a pleasant surprise. I also went up and down the same few pounds over and over all month long. So, it was encouraging to check and see that I did make some measurable progress after all. Thanks for inspiring me to check!

I just LOVE ALL of your videos!! Its like a visit from a dear friend! :o) You mentioned October did not go well. But I can "see" that you are smaller, you may not have lost pounds, but you are smaller. You look amazing!
My weight loss has sadly slowed to about 2 pounds a month. I "was" very discouraged. But at my age, and medications, health etc considered, its not a surprise.
However my kids told me I was still shrinking!!?? I thought they were just being nice! LOL! But I was! And so I dared to order a few size 14 clothes online. (after taking my measurements)
When the clothes came I thought- surely the kids are wrong and just being kind- the clothes looked too tiny! But they fit! I had bought a few things just for winter. I used to stay in most of the winter to hide my fat shame.
    Now I'm finally free!
I think JanetGreta is adorable, I love her, but since I'm closer in age to you (a year older) I can identify with your journey more. You give us all hope!
💖God bless! from Elizabeth in MN/USA just 4 hours south of the Canadian border :o) The crazy lady with all the special needs kids ;o)

Wowzers Lady! You’re so amazing! Even when you are slammed with work you take the time to completely dial in all of the info for us. Thank you so much for that! You truly have no idea how helpful it is for those of us that struggle to even figure out macros. Also, how helpful it is for those who totally have it down but just need some inspiration for the week. Wishing you a great carnivore November. I hope the yummy ease it provides brings you a less hectic month. Though your fiscal year end is complete. I still hope that November is calmer for you sweet lady. Blessings from Central California 💕🙏

Have you thought about trying the variations of the egg white bread with some egg yolks or whole egg powder? I'm thinking of giving some a try (egg yolks) to see if the texture is better and doesn't shrink up as much.

Hi Anita, can you tell me how to keep the PSMF breads from getting sticky when storing them. It does not appear that you have that problem. Have tried various methods of storing with no luck.

Thank you for your cooking videos. I’ve been on Keto for 6 months now and have lost 42 lbs. sadly though I’ve been stalled for 2 months. I know that’s normal but I’ve been looking into going a bit leaner, hoping that will help me get going again. Most other Keto channels show just too much dessert. Good, but I need real meals. Your channel has been giving me good ideas, and I would like to see more lean dishes. Happy Halloween

Is there a reason your bread is smaller than e.g.Maria's?
    Just personal preference?
I too make 2 of the smaller loaves although I find they are small for a sandwich.

Happy Halloweenie! I celebrated Halloween this year with my first painted rock project. Painted four rocks: a witch, ghost, black cat, and pumpkin…of course! Very relaxing as I like to listen to music while I paint and am learning to watch paint dry…ha! Loved your PSMF what I eat in a day video. And I like your plan for November…sounds like a good one! I would count October as a VICTORY. Maintaining our weight is a real accomplishment…all its own…especially during challenging/stressful times.

RE carnivore, found a new beef steak in COSTCO that I really like…..flap meat (also known as sirloin tip). Delicious and cheaper than ribeye (big surprise….almost everything is). Similar to skirt steak but cheaper. Is very beefy/flavorful and easy to slice/chew. No need to sous vide.

I love your breads. I think I'll make some today just to have on hand and I've been wondering how it'll work for French toast which I really been missing.
Edit to add the moment I hit send you said you're making French toast!! We are soul sisters lol.

Oct weight loss is a wash for me too. I'll weigh tomorrow but I don't feel much happened (I cut dairy on keto). I restarted light exercise so I see a positive repositioning of weight from muscle gain. I don't know much about PS. I'll be watching you and educating myself. Maybe I can get in ps with you in a few days.

I would really like a review of your kitchenware, gadgets, etc & how you use them. Maybe starting with the "must-haves", well, maybe not must but highly recommended down to "nice to have." And I would also love to see a list of keto pantry items. There is so much out there but it's hard for a newbie to get a handle on some of this even though you do a beautiful job in your videos. Just some thoughts. Thank you!
