    I love meal prepping my protein only. This week I cooked a bunch of chicken in the crockpot and I keep it in a container in the fridge. This way I can mix it up, and change my mind on my meals if I choose. The possibilities are endless. This week I've had chicken tacos, chicken and broccoli with alfredo sauce, chicken with sugar free maple syrup on low carb wraps (think chicken and waffles). There are so many things you can do, and you can use any protein source you want….it just makes it easier to have the protein ready to go in the fridge.

    Love me some chili, can't wait to make some. For a bean substitute if you like to have beans in your chili I use black olives if you like olives when eating it and chewing it tastes just like a bean
