    Hi Kerry me as well trying to get slot of weight off lam always up and down now as well being having a foot issue which my heel hurts everytime l walk but lam trying ways to fix it. The dinner recipe is amazing l have a preesure cooker can l make it on that. Which setting would l put it on Rice soup stew? Just have a normal one from Kmart. Difently would love to try it.

    Hello Kerry – good luck on your journey and THANK YOU for sharing so many ideas in your videos. I would suggest… if you can have a more substantial breakfast (your toast was tasty no doubts – but it was a small meal before your walk) – for instance, you could add more protein from youghurt or cottage cheese. And also right after to "kill the hunger" I would also go for a protein snack – like maybe a piece of cheese. But anyways – thank you for sharing your positive mood!

    the best thing to do to lose weight is drinking half a litre of water first thing in the morning, its very hard at the beginning but it really works and I have tried it my self

    Hey Kerry, hope you’re are well. I’m happy, good and well thank you good morning love this what I eat in a day video. I have really enjoyed this what I eat in a day because it really made me feel happy and motivated to become healthy. I love everything that you been eating and having it with your family on the weekday. I find the weekends so much more better because you can be definitely be more happy and relaxed with your family which is always a lovely time to spend time with you family altogether and enjoying the desserts and foods that you been having in the day on the weekday at home. The coffee with oat milk and squeeze of honey is nice. Oh the apple with Greek yoghurt and honey is delicious. The Chickpea salad looks so yummy. Another option that you could try in the same salad with a chicken salad as well. I like having water it makes me feels calm and good. Beef rice and vegetables with garlic bread is so good. I love chocolate so much because I like having my desserts and homemade treats with a cup of tea in the evenings with my family at home. My favourite chocolates that I like to have is lindor chocolate or any other flavours of chocolate puddings homemade cakes lemon drizzle cake chocolate and hazelnut cake normal cake gluten farmhouse biscuits digestive chocolate biscuits mini biscuits flipz chocolate pretzels and so many other different desserts to have with a cup of tea in the evenings too. Coffee is one of my favourite to have every once a week with coconut milk. Tomatoes are my favourite. The hazelnut chocolate and other types of chocolate and desserts my favourite too. The smashed avocado on toast with egg is so full with protein and iron from the boiled eggs. We also love having eggs which are boiled eggs as well. Special k with yoghurt layer bars are so great. Soon I will be getting some of those Special k bars from Waitrose. Hot water is wonderful. I had a mushroom pie with gravy, chips and minted peas and it was so tasty. Next thing I had after my lunch it was two lattes one of them is with normal semi skimmed milk and other latte is with coconut milk. I much enjoyed the coconut latte. Had a slice of lemon drizzle cake from the John Lewis cafe. Yesterday I had a falafel wrap, tea, red velvet cake and a slice of banana and pecan cake. It was really lovely. Can I also have a reply from you telling me your thoughts about my comment in your reply and please and tell me what is the name of the new recipe video which is coming on Tuesday evening at 7:30pm too?     Try going gluten free for a couple of weeks to lose a few pounds. You do look absolutely fine by the way!! Also I suspect gluten may be the culprit causing that rash you get round your mouth sometimes. I used to get crusty spots around my mouth and when I stopped gluten I stopped getting the spots around my mouth 🌞

    The 2 litres a day theory is supposed to include all liquid whether in food or even tea, coffee and anything else you drink. It is quite ridiculous that children are being almost forced to consume drink bottles of water at school and then restricted on using toilets! My granddaughters' school only have half an hour for lunch which includes queueing up, eating the food then queueing for the toilet. My grandson's school (infants) only lets children go to the toilet at lunchtime if an adult takes them so they are supervised!

    I – AGAIN – also try to get some weight off🤣. I know it's impirtant to drink a lot of water, what I do. But always when we have some outdoor aktivity – as cross Skiing this week – I don't drink all day for there won't be a lot of opportunity to go to the toilet so often….😉 As noticing your water bottle- how do you manage this?…. I find to really drink enough you have to be at home all day ….am I wrong? Btw – thanks for your video on Boys Hormones – very good ideas. I habe two boys by the age 8 and 15 and a 11 yr old girl – omg how SHE behaves 🤣….

    Kerry. I’m too on a health kick I have my sister’s wedding in April it’s my tummy area that I’ve gained those lbs I joined a pt online to help me . I’m doing a 12 week challenge with a workout every weekday .no dog to walk so I was hardly getting any steps in a day . The chicken one pot looks so yummy I think I may do this dish midweek ❤
