    That meat plate looks divine. Have you ever considered doing a carnivore diet? Look up Dr. Paul Saladino and check out what he talks about for overall health and thriving. He's a double board certified MD and he thinks outside of Western medicine. He's actually quite intelligent. I do one meal a day and my household has changed to just meat, fruit, honey and some dairy. You should try it I think you would be successful. I do not eat organs like Dr Paul does. However he sells a desiccated line if you choose to go that route. He really just follows pretty much what our ancestors/cavemen did as far as diet goes. I see you've had fantastic results with your one meal a day and I wonder what your results would be if you did meat, fruit, honey and dairy.

    I don't have a problem fasting but my issue is I wait so long to eat that it runs right into bedtime so it's so counter productive. I need to get into the mode of breaking my fast when it's time. I have the most energy during fasting as well.
