For (green) smoothies the go to is 2 cups fruit, 3 cups veggie! You can obviously change the measurements, but that is the general ratio and it always turns out amazing! As for my personal favourite I love mango, berries, banana, yogurt and oat milk. so delicious!

These soba noodles aren't gluten-free!! My go to smoothie is : mixed berries or strawberries, mangos, spinach, chia seeds, flaxseeds, banana, almond milk .

Also not a smoothie person because if I drink my "meal" it feels like I didn't eat. Something about actually using silverware makes it feel more filling I guess.
