Do you happen to have any fat free creamy dressings? (no oil, nuts, seeds, nutbutters, etc) Would white beans give a similar mouth feel, or cooked potatoes?

I make a lemon pepper cashew cream that we love. Your sweet one looks good. I wonder if I can use this a replacement for whipped cream to make a fruit salad. It won't be whipped and it will be different, but it might make my husband happy. He misses his fruit salads. I'm going to try it. It could be good for a lot of desserts. We don't have dessert often, but sometimes you need something sweet. Thanks

non related to the salad dressings…but food processor in general….do you use a separate food processor for chopping garlic/onions separate from other stuff…(i have been using my food processor to chop onions bc my eyes get very debilitated from handling onions (even food processing onions when i handle them my eyes are impacted). I find that the smell after processing garlic/onions in my food processor strong…sometimes i need the food processor to mix ingredients for cookies and i dont want that strong to leech into my mixture….wha t are your thoughts… i have a tiny chopper that i used to use for garlic and onions but it's quite small and can only use to for small portion

You are just so cute! I love when you licked the cream off your thumbs.
Iโ€™ve made savory and sweet cashew creams. Savory to use in stuffed shells; sweet to top chocolate root beer cake (both dishes are often requested by my extremely picky non-vegan stpdtr).

A budget tip: At your local Indian grocery, look for the broken cashew pieces (they are packaged separately) instead of the whole, pretty cashews. You save a LOT.

I just make a mess trying some recipes. Big clean up now. I need to find the $$$ to get the right blender. I also need to be more careful about following the recipe measurements exactly. I love what you showed and will try until I get it right. The sauces are a very – very big key to my new vegan effort.

Just purchased your The Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook and started putting a star by the recipes I wanted to make. At page 60 I discovered I had put stars on every recipe. On page 189 now and going to read the rest of the recipes before I make anything. The photography is awesome. Thanks for the quality of cookbook also.

All these sauces are making me drool Nisha! I've been looking for new cashew sauce variations and can't wait to try the lemon sriracha and rosemary miso one! I'll probably be adding them to all my veggies now.
