    Hi Alicia! We love oatmeal, I can eat it any time of the day too. I want to try some savory oatmeal recipes, they are intriguing but I haven't been able to bring myself to do that LOL I like my brown sugar and cinnamon! I love that you added strawberries, that is perfect for summer!! Those waffle iron omelettes looked so fun, what a great way to shake up breakfast (for dinner!). A good root beer float is one of my favorite summer treats, that reduced sugar version looks good!! I hope y'all have a wonderful long weekend!! Great video and nice to see you!! 🌞🍨👍

    I try and I try to love oatmeal but I just cannot LOL I have never tried the halo top ice creams You definitely have the key to maintenance; tracking your whole day. I usually stop after lunch/pm snack. I mostly want to have damage control going into supper.

I ordered my first container (diff brand) that was supposed to be tasteless but it wasn't. I think I'm going to take advantage of the sale. Do you only take the pink container once a day? I'm sure glad it helps your knees.
