I need a recommendation for a scale to weigh myself. I have a digital one but I can get on it three times in a row and it says something different every time. Could you do a video on your scale Kristi? Or maybe other people have good scales. My daughter and I are both doing WW and it just is not accurate at all. It is so very frustrating. Thank you so much

Hi Kristi everything looks Delicious. I been meaning to tell you earlier this month I finally found out what my GI issue was. A nice lady from walgreens referred me to her Dr and said I should get a blood Test for food intolerance. I went saw her Dr and got the test. Come to find out I have a gluten intolerance and yeast and dairy. She said my body has alot of inflammation in it so for 21 days can only eat off the list she gave me. Which is meat, fruit and vegetables. I have to admit I feel so much better I lost some weight but not tired as I was all the time. Who knew it was food allergies wow smh had a few spices that came up low like paprika and sage and cayenne and something thats in protein shakes called casein or something. No wonder I was so miserable and couldn't eat anything without being constipated all the time. Just wanted to share this because I know we both had GI issues in common. Remember I have diverticulosis and no gallbladder. So breaking down my food can be hard for digestion. I believe the gluten was more of an issue then the yeast n dairy. But for now I'm cutting them all out. Have a blessed holiday. 😊

Can someone please help me. I swear I saw Kristi make a lasagna roll ups with the lasagna being a strip of zucchini. So she rolled the meat and cheese up in the slice of zucchini. But I can not find it anywhere. I even used the search button with different terms. Can anyone link me to the recipe that Kristi made? Or Kristi do you have the link? Thanks so much in advance. Hoping to make this on the holiday weekend.

If you don't like yogurt in your smoothie why not try cottage cheese or silken tofu for some protein? I know with tofu, you don't taste it. It just adds a creaminess to it.

This was a great video, thank you. I love all the french vanilla creamer. I use it to make a skinny chai latte tea over ice. It is so yummy!

Cottage cheese + fruit is the way to go! Love this for breakfast. I usually add chia and/ir flax seeds for roughage and then about 1T grape nuts for crunch.
