    Thank you so much for watching! I just watched this back and I hope it doesn’t come off that I think keto is super restrictive because I know that basically you are eating good, whole food. I just wanted to communicate that we all need to determine for ourselves what is sustainable and what works for our bodies! ❤️

    Hey Jen…i have been watching your videos for over a year now and this came up as a suggestion. I didn't know you had the sleeve done. I have as well and have put some weight back on. I would love to get back to basics with the high protein diet that we should be on. Maybe do it together? It would be awesome to see some videos on that.

    Yes Leto and low carb works best with healthy fats so I stick to olive oil and coconut oil. I don't eat cheese nor bacon or dairy milk as believe too much dairy is not at all good for us in the long term.
    Still believe you are snacking way too much and would feel better and see better results if you stopped.
    Don't worry about these online 'perfect yummy mums' because they ate as fake as hell!

    Keto is, hopefully, not be a fad. It is a healthy WHOLE FOODS way of eating. Husband has reversed his Type 2 diabetes, is off ALL insulin ( 160 units a day) has lost 40 pounds, and lab values are normal for first time in 30 years. Please take a look at YouTube vids by Dr Eric Westman (Duke clinic for almost 12 years using low carb/high fat), Dr Ken Berry, Dr Sarah Hallberg. .Do research on Keto and Alzheimers, Keto and cancer, Keto and GERD, Keto and Epilepsy. Dont fall for the junk that the big companies are pushing on us— take a look at the cereal aisle and the amount of added sugar and high fructose corn syrup in EVERYTHING. Look at labels.

    I have been operated for inflamed gall bladder and stones. The operation went wrong, I would get laproskomy but when I woke up they had cut from the sternum to 4 cm below the navel. I've been through a GBP 8 years ago. I went up again until I started keto in February – 7 kg and because I felt bad from the operation I lost 11 kg. I do not know if keto affects the bile, but I will try keto again !! has ordered southern keto cookbook after following Nicole Burgess and her keto weight trip. unfortunately we do not have the same range of keto products for keto in sweden. (excuse my english i use google translate) i'm very happy that i found you on youtube !! If I sound strange, it is because the clock is 5 in the morning I have been awake since two o'clock at night. love from Sweden <3

    Hi bub, your kai (food) is very heavy with diary, maybe your body is not processing diary well? Is your bowels moving at least twice a day? Are u giving your body time to clean out? Take a peep on clips about 'fasting' specifically Dr Jason Fung. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9Aw0P7GjHE. I dont know, maybe the information will help you.     I love your videos and grocery hauls, they help me so much. I really appreciate how real you are because I ride the struggle bus too every day. I'm a single working mom raising an autistic son and caring for my recently widowed mother who is very sick. My son and I are both taking college courses at night part time too. With all that it's too easy to do drive thru every night and its having dangerous consequences on our health and bank account. Meal planning and eating low carb is helping out so much, I depend on your videos, thanks again! PS, as a mom I adore and relate to your closet chats. Lol. Real mom life.

    You have beautiful perfect skin. Don’t worry about makeup, just be yourself whatever the situation. I know Conner has healed by now and hope he is doing well. My daughter is struggling with deciding on having her seven year old son’s tonsils taken out right now. It’s a hard decision. I had mine out in 1957, back when they almost did it routinely for every child. I don’t remember any pain, so hopefully Conner won’t either.

    Hi Jen, I just found your channel and am so grateful for all the time and effort you put into getting your videos out. Your food looks sooo delish I must try it your way. I also love that you (also) make separate food for your kids; I do too and feel a bit ashamed because most folks would tell me to make my kid eat whatever I'm eating, but I don't subscribe to that mentality. I don't want her to hate, or be afraid to try different foods.

    I loved watching this video. I agree that a lower carb/ less restrictive diet tends to be easier for people. I am planning to start my husband and I on an anti-inflammatory focused diet since he got diagnosed with ankylosing spondilytis which causes constant inflammation. From what I have read there are a lot of parallels between keto and anti-inflammatory so your videos are very helpful.

    I’m so glad I found your channel. I’m in the same situation as you are. I had the sleeve gastric surgery about 5 years ago, lost 60 pounds and slowly put most of the weight back on. I’m trying to start 2019 right and lose the weight again. Let’s plan healthy meals! Best of luck!
