    How often are you posting! Ima need to text you or something😂 I am alone in this, I am the only overweight person in my family and always have been. My mom looked like Kelly Ripa my whole life and now at almost 60 she's at her highest which is about 135lbs 🙄 I thought about joining OEA😂

    When I have time I make up a whole bunch of meatballs and flash freeze them in the freezer before throwing them in a bag in the deep freeze. Super convenient to just take out as many as you need and cook in the oven at a minutes notice.

    Lazy and dirty keto is better than going off plan completely. My first week back I've been eating all low carb foods but have had times when I felt like binging so just ate too many pork rinds or overdid the processed keto treats. So yeah as bit up there in fat and calories and some days over 20 carbs but I don't feel bad cause it helped me stay on track instead of eating 100 carbs plus.

    Super glad you are back! We can all use a reset and once you get in the swing of things it’s really empowering. You still feel like you have to struggle to forgive yourself but honestly it’s just good to be back on track and go from there. Don’t look back!!!     My doctor told me that I am pre- diabetic and I need to lose weight and watch my sugar intake. so I decided to go back to keto after 3 years. I'm with you and I will win my health this time!!!

    I used to do keto/low carb off and on for years. It wasn’t sustainable for me and I always went right back to eating the way I used to. I started WW end of January of this year and lost 40-50lbs in 5 months. I stopped weighing myself when I hit 190 and I’m sure I reached 200lbs tho at least. I was so scared of the scale. Now I’m 150-152 and I’ve been maintaining for months. It’s so hard to lose weight, but even harder when you’re doing it alone. The proudest moment was going shopping for summer clothes and my size went from a 13/14 down to a 6/8 in shorts and a large/xl down to a small in shirts. It’s true never give up on yourself.     I’m not on keto anymore and I’m not getting back on because my blood work was horrible!!! And my whole life I’ve never had bad blood work. Still going to watch your videos and support you though 😘

    I saw Dr. Eric Westman today, and got renewed dedication to keto. I have lost 51 pounds, but have at least that much more to go. I told him thank you for the very gentle kick in the butt, and he told me that I was the one who kicked my own butt. So there is my motivation to try harder!
