I made this today but didn't have tomatoes, which I really felt would've elevated the dish. It was absolutely delicious and so filling. Half the dish was plenty. I already recommended it to a couple family members and a couple friends. Really good! Thanks for the recipe!!

I do have a question for you regarding the oat flour you make. Do you use the quick 1 minute or the 5 minute oats?
