There’s a book arthritis and common sense. Please read it if you have time. My mom has had rheumatoid arthritis since age 54 and is now 82. She has NEVER had any relief until she read that book and has had SO much relief since she started following what the book says and is no longer having to do transfusions every 3 weeks. She is also losing lots of inflammation and can finally walk without a walker using only a cane now. Such a blessing. A 92 year old woman shared this with her! 🥰🥰🥰

I've been a Type I diabetic for almost 40 years, so trust me when i say "been there, done that." Talk to your doctor about having a Glucagon injection kit on hand in case you ever "mess up" again.

Hi Kristi sorry about that fast insulin mistake 😮 it takes three days for all that suger to come out of body after that mistake. You poor girl. Unfortunately depression and pain and diabetes is not uncommon are you taking vitamin d at all? I’m sure your doc checked for that. Stay strong keep posting we love your video s ❤

HI, I am sorry you are not feeling good. I am glad he was there to help you. This is between you and your doctor and I know you have a lot of medical history. I know it is a struggle to find a good medical person. I sat in pain for 8 months in pain and went to countless doctors and finally the last one was like oh you need a hip replacement. It is such a hard journey when we deal with health. And the brain fog and tiredness and the struggle has been so difficult. Hang in there cause more people here love you than the negative comments. DO YOU and HEAL YOU 🙂 Hugs

You've got to cut out all the crappy ingredients! You have no idea what all that crap can cause as far as swelling, achiness and a lot of other stuff you experience. Stop relying on a new drug. Drugs don't fix everything. I like watching your vids but at the same time there is so much you could do to improve things on your own but it doesn't seem like you want to put in the work. I'm sorry for being so blunt but I only mean to help!

I highly suggest trying colostrum. Dr Berg has a new video out about it and inflammation and i know a couple others with severe autoimmune issues that use it successfully.

Hello from Florida. Please don't eat Mission. They are bad for diabetics. Instead eat La Banderita Carb Counter Low Carb Tortillas. If you have any doubt watch Serious Keto blood sugar testing on tortillas. Hope you feel better.

Sending loving thoughts your way. The minute you said you screwed up and mentioned your insulin, I started to say out loud, "oh my god" over and over. I knew exactly what had happened. I am so relieved you made it through safely, even if your body is struggling to readjust.
If Quincy has been more anxious than normal, he might be picking up on your blood sugar fluctuations. Dogs are good like that.
Having a healthcare team that takes the time to listen to you and really help you is invaluable. It's so encouraging to hear you talk about this person.
As someone who has a tomato intolerance, my favorite pizza topping is alfredo sauce, chicken, spinach and mushrooms with mozzarella. If you haven't tried it, give it a shot. It's amazing.

Omgoodness, please treat lows with quick carbs (juice or glucose tabs) but always double check with a finger stick. Protein takes way longer to hit your bloodstream.
You may be taking too much long acting, if it's pulling you down. Just a thought!

I love kalamata olives, mushrooms, and feta cheese, with a buffalo sauce drizzle on pizza. It's a very salty, sour, pungent and savory taste, which is something I enjoy. I'm one of those people who eats anchovy on pizza.

Kristi, I don't comment often but I've been watching for years. I can totally relate to having a doctor who truly listens & cares. My doctor was out on medical leave and I was so excited she was back! I live with chronic pain & she's the only one who gets me. Keep your head up! I meant to pick up the Hilo chips when I went grocery shopping but forgot. I have never tried them.
