Have you heard of MSM Pure? Let me start by saying I am not a believer at all in ¨magic potions¨ or quick fixes but this has helped me and my husband so much as far as joint pain. I heard about it from Loving it on Keto. I hesitated for over a year making the purchase, researching it and reading reviews. I finally made the purchase and it is amazing! I just add it in with my electrolytes in the morning. I buy the MSM Pure coarse flakes. The also sent me a MSM comfort cream for free to try. I have since reordered because it is instant relief. I wish now that I had not waited.

New subscriber here. Came for the keto content and got drawn in about your dog. I searched your old videos to try to get caught up on Quincy's health issues. I know you mentioned he had pancreatitis once. Has he ever been checked for a portosystemic liver shunt? Yorkies are a common breed to have them. I had a mini schnauzer (also common breed to have PSS) who had some issues with vomiting and what appeared to be anxiety (pacing, etc). He was very finicky with his food too. I almost lost him when he went in for his neutering and we found out about the liver shunt. They did a bile acid test which confirmed. He had surgery to correct the shunt and seems to be doing better now.

Kristi, my husband is a type 1 diabetic, and he was diagnosed probably 30 years ago. It was hard for him to accept the diagnosis at first as well. Took him about two years to accept his new way of life back then, and not be angry or depressed. The thing for him that made the biggest difference was when he went on the Omnipod disposable tubeless insulin pump, with a CGM. Thanks for your videos!

You mentioned using the libre 3, I know that's new to the American market and from what I have heard, it doesn't have a meter with it and you have to use your phone. How do you like it and did you have a compatible phone already? If so, what phone is it? I have the libre 2.

I'm not trying to be one of those people but how are you able to be taking ibuprofen when you are a gastric bypass patient? I was always told that I was absolutely not allowed to take any NSAIDS or anti inflammatories. Did you end up having the gastric bypass reversed or something? If not I hope People know that it is absolutely not OK to have any anti inflammatories or end said medication when you have that surgery.

I'm so thankful you've come full circle with your diagnosis 💛 The time passed was not a waste, in my opinion. Sometimes, we just need to grieve and feel and grieve again. 💛

oh wow! I just found a Barefoot Dreams cardigan at my Goodwill last month! I'm like you, I would NEVER pay full price for one, but have always been super curious. They are amazing, but still not worth $200. I paid about 4 or 5 for mine at Goodwill. Love it, but it's a size 2X, so I may sell it on ebay.

Kristi, if you feel comfortable answering, are you taking any prescription meds for your mood? I've been considering them for almost a year; wondering if they would help? You seem so upbeat, which makes me so happy for you, friend. I'll be watching your recommended video as soon as I can..it really seams to have helped you! Hugs xo

Have you thought about making him some food, kind of like what you eat. I know a lot of people are doing keto for their puppies. I have a super anxious dog that eats walls and I am thinking about trying it.
