I only recently discovered you and I don't know why it took so long for your videos to be suggested in my feed. I've been struggling and failing to do low carb since April 2004. I love your personality and really enjoy your videos. Thank you for doing them and for giving the recipes.

Be careful spraying your pans over the floor Anita, it becomes slick and would hate for you to fall. I have not tried the egg fast yet. The food looks yummy, but I'm leary of that much fat. I don't metabolize fats, proteins and carbs well due to having gallbladder removed years ago. Going to be starting on enzymes soon to help with my metabolism. Thank you for sharing today.

I've heard of the egg fast but not the details. I assumed it was just eating eggs, but your way sounds a lot less boring. I've been thinking about doing 2 or 3 days a week max 500 cal and see if tht gets my weight loss a little less glacial, lol. Those lemon bars are calling me. Btw, I love the wall color in your Command Center.

I have downloaded your Egg Fast App! Thank you and signed up for your free tracker sheetsโ€ฆ just a question though – everything I have read before about the egg fast says NO sugar substitutes of any kind. Your approach allows them โ€ฆ do you have a video that discusses this? Honestly I would love to know more.

Brown your butter before you add the noodles. Totally changes the taste I think and just salt. My mom made this when I was a kid when we didn't have a lot of money either. And I always made them for my kids. One of the most requested pasta dishes. Can't wait to make the egg noodles on your next video. Love how you re create your child hood family recipe memories. Keep up the great work. โค๏ธ

I have come across ketogenic diet years ago when I was researching for some help for my Goddaughter who has EPILEPSY. I was able to get some info about how this diet can help her. But unfortunately, they moved and I lost track of her.
Then in early part of 2000, I came across a news about a young girl from Quebec who has epilepsy, whose doctor suggested to her mom to try ketogenic diet for the girl. It said that she had LESSER FREQUENCY of seizure after going through the keto diet.
Just want to share this medical benefit of the diet. Peace to all.

I just made these in the air fryer and they're delicious. My husband gobbled down 4 before batting an eyelash and asked, did you want any?" LOL…guess I'm making another batch tout suite. Thanks so much.

My silicone baking mold looks just like yours. Directions say upper limit is 260C/500F but some (oven) broilers go up to 288C/550F. So for broiling, I thought I would mention that each person should follow the directions for their particular silicone mold and broiling temp of their oven, if going that route. I am going to try these…they look yummy!

Anita, have you tried using the bath solution in your blender and squeeze bottles to prevent waste? I poured the left over water bath and waited 2 hrs and with the scrapes made a wonderful stir fry. It made a lot of noodles plus such an easy clean up!

We grew up with very little as well. My mom was a magician with food for sure. I am making the egg fast donuts right now and had the noodles with butter and cheese for lunch. Thanks for sharing your recipes!

2Krazy Ketos adds a raw egg in their coffee and use your frothier as you put it in. They say it give it a creamy taste. I donโ€™t drink coffee so donโ€™t know how it taste.

I love how the spherification pasta holds up to every thing I have tried with it.. works in the oven for casseroles. in the stir fry … inthe mac and cheese, chopped up and made into fried rice, and of course spaghetti and meatballs, in the microwave, I make mine with chicken for more protein, I have a hard time remembering that they are not going to soak up the sauce like regular pasta but after 10 years not pasta post WLS this is awesome.. I realize you are using them for egg fast but you and also make them with a greater egg to water ratio.. you just have to keep it thin enough to squirt it out the condiment bottle
