Oil-Free HUMMUS
1 can chickpeas with liquid
1 heaping tsp cumin
1 T Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp miso paste
1-2 T sesame seeds
Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth
