    Can we talk about how much I love that you basically have 2 lunches? Because I'm always hungry by 11, but then if I eat by 11 (she says at 11:22, eyeing her lunch), then I'm so hungry by 2/3 that I'll wander to the vending machine OR I get home at 5 and eat everything I can get my hands on.

    People eat a lot of junk food at my work and bring stuff in for everyone to share. One girl says she feels like a jerk if she doesn’t eat something of what everyone brings. I don’t necessarily feel that strongly (that I’m a jerk) but I do feel a weird separation when everyone is eating stuff that I’m trying not to eat. I used to feel more lax about it, but I do feel strongly about health lately. A lot of my coworkers are not healthy. And almost every day is a special occasion for treats. Would love to hear your thoughts on this. I feel like there’s something to be said for starting to create a healthier culture.

    Just watched you transform your life around I’m so inspired I’m 13 and trying to be healthy and trying to lose weight. I’m 157 pounds right now. I know your thinking that’s a lot for a 13 year old because it is. I want to get to at least 100 or 120 pounds. Your so inspiring thank you ♥️♥️♥️
