Hi MiRanda! I found you when I was a WW nearing my goal (June 2020). I also went primarily WFPB at that time. I'm still a lifetime WW member (under goal for last 19 months) but do not track and easily maintain my 60 pound loss due to eating lots of starches, veggies and fruits. I love the simplicity of your meal ideas and realize now that I don't need WW anymore when I cut out dairy, animal products, processed foods and added sugars and fats. Keep up the great work!

I wonder how that sauce would be as a soup base with potatoes and some other veggies. Do you think the flavors would work? What veggies would you recommend in it that would pair well with the flavor?

Started my plant based diet March 2021. I love it. I didn't even know how over weight I was until my son bought me a cell phone and I took a pic of myself. I started this diet and 2 weeks later I wanted to quit because my gut wasn't used to all the fiber. A lot of gas and constipation. My husband encouraged me. And week 3 my gut changed and I began to lose weight. I love how much I can eat and still lose, it's crazy. Love your videos!

Thank you for sharing about your journey to plant based. In September of 2014 I watched the Forks Over Knives documentary one evening, and immediately switched to a plant based diet the next day. No turning back. So it’s been nearly 7 1/2 years. 🙂

After watching your video I feel like I have to try artichoke again. I only ate it once on a pizza and and disliked the texture.
I'm vegan since summer 2019 but went vegetarian at 12 years old in 2005. Becoming vegan was easy because I was already halfway there. Vegetarian was way more complicated because of my age and not living on my own and less alternative products back then. We didn't even had tofu at the grocery store only in the asian shops.

Hey there tfs the update I have been with you for awhile and really enjoy your channel. I have been trying plant-based for about 6 months and gluten-free sensitive was discovered about a year. So it's been a journey, but a good one. Please keep sharing.

I have been WFPB since 13-7-21 best decision I ever made. I was diagnosed as Coeliac in 2007, after being unwell my entire life to that point. Nobody knew anything about Gluten when I was growing up. Even though I was late 40s until my doctor told me I was Coeliac I’d never heard of it 🤷‍♀️.
Once I got the gluten out of my system I was like the person I was supposed to be.

I've been plant based for a few years now in an effort to heal my gut issues (spoiler alert…it did!). I've really been struggling with the whole protein thing- if I am getting enough. I have added back in some chicken to see what happens, but I'm not sure my stomach is liking it. Might have to ditch it again…. We're all a work in progress, right?

2yrs! That’s awesome, thank you for sharing your journey!
I’ve been working on this for over 10 yrs now ( I follow all the MDs, watch all the movies, read all the books etc) I still struggle to find what exactly will work for me long term but I take it one day at a time.
I store most of my greens in the freezer as well unless I know I’ll be using them fresh. Works great for smoothies and just incorporating into sauté or soup dishes.
Would you mind sharing the information for who you follow/ saw to finally determine you had a gluten sensitivity?
